|Recommended: NoRundown, overpriced, poorly maintained, stuffy and mismanaged. — The entire plumbing in the building needs to be replaced, its all leaking, rusting, dripping and clogged all at the same time. Unless there was an active flood in the building maintenance would ignore request to come and fix non-running faucets. The heating is a joke, it's an absolute oven in one room and the artic tundra in the other. The wood work has a layer of permanent dirt painted into. The bathroom window is rotted it and and has been caulked painted shut, apparently, by a toddler with zero skill. The entire building is decrepit and the plumbing leaking in the unit above damaged the walls of our bathroom. The front door has rusty and jagged metal on the bottom where you can cut yourself. The countertops were delaminating from the day I moved in. The layout of the unit makes an already small unit feel even smaller. The floors are squeaky and the light fixtures are dim. It is highway robbery that SB apartments charges 1200 dollars a month for this unit. Egg on my face for renting here.
|Recommended: YesPretty good, just a little old — I like living here, the apartment is a little old so that comes with some oddities but all and all pretty good.

|Recommended: YesNice property, bad heating — Overall a pretty nice place to live. We hear the neighbor's dog barking every day but it does not bother us much. Maintenance is always prompt and they do a good job. I have had a few mix ups with the office regarding parking but I would expect it to happen with a large leasing office. One thing I do not like is that our heat is now apparently controlled by our neighboring apartment so it is cold all the time and they never turn it up.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The Koval house is a great place to live. It is spacious, yet cozy. It is great for a dog too On occasion you can hear the neighbors a little too loud, such as heavy footsteps and climbing up and down stairs. Overall, I have enjoyed living here. The location is unbeatable
